Le poste
Human Resource Manager:
Responsible for managing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
Requires 5+ years HR experience, B.A. in HR or related field, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Must be proficient in HRIS database management, Microsoft applications, and payroll tools.
Experience in non-profit environment a plus.
Key qualifications include exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Bi-lingual in Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
