Seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead end-to-end Generative AI development for conversational and multimodal NLP systems. Design, train, and deploy transformer-based models (BERT, Llama, GPT-like architectures) with prompt tuning and in-context learning to deliver high-quality user interactions. Analyze conversational data, perform error and deviation analysis, and implement robust data pipelines and ML-Ops practices to move models from research to production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship multi-modal experiences and contribute to demos, proofs of concept, white papers, and blog posts. Strong Python and SQL skills, experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), and the ability to scope projects and drive them to launch in a fast-paced environment.
