Provide financial data, reporting, and reconciliations to illuminate drivers of healthcare product lines and health plans.
Develop and maintain reporting systems and processes to support accurate, timely analysis.
Partner with internal teams and the BI group to automate reporting and improve analytics.
Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights and present findings to management.
Serve as a subject matter expert for junior analysts and contribute to process improvements.
Operate in a dynamic healthcare finance environment with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
