Le poste
Oversee end-to-end front-of-house operations for the Delta One JFK lounge, delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Hire, train, and develop all FOH staff to meet fine-dining service standards.
Manage schedules, payroll, inventory, and food & beverage cost controls to maximize efficiency.
Lead pre-shift briefings, seating charts, station assignments, and daily department meetings.
Maintain guest satisfaction by upholding service standards and promptly addressing concerns.
Collaborate with other departments and support special events and promotions while monitoring budgets.
