Le poste
Lead the Cloud and Compute Architecture and Engineering team to design, deliver, and manage Enterprise cloud services.
Align cloud offerings with the vision and roadmap of the CIO/CTO and coordinate across agencies.
Establish a customer-centric IT service culture and track SLA/KPI metrics to demonstrate value and drive continual improvement.
Provide day-to-day direction to a matrixed organization, overseeing ITSM processes, governance, risk, and compliance.
Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans, establishing minimum resiliency standards for critical systems.
Lead cost optimization, governance, and enterprise-wide cloud strategy to meet agency and external customer needs in a public-sector environment.
