As a Recruitment and HR Administrator, you will support the HR function across the organisation.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, source candidates, and coordinate interviews.
You will oversee onboarding administration and maintain HR systems and data accuracy.
You will liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring managers, and support employee relations including disciplinary and grievance cases.
You will assist with pay, benefits, and performance processes, and help implement HR policies and wellbeing initiatives.
A proactive, organised professional who thrives on a varied workload and aims to progress into an advisory role.
