The financial analyst collaborates with a team of AI researchers and domain experts to develop comprehensive financial analysis tasks for evaluating AI models. Responsibilities include designing evaluation challenges involving SEC filings, economic data analysis, and navigating regulatory databases. The analyst creates structured rubrics to assess performance and reasoning accuracy of AI agents and works asynchronously within a multidisciplinary team. Candidates should have a strong background in financial analysis, investment banking, trading, or equity research, with advanced degrees such as an MBA, CFA, or Master’s in Finance or Economics. Hands-on experience with financial databases like SEC EDGAR, Bloomberg, or FactSet is essential, along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The role involves a flexible commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week and does not specify a fixed working environment.
