Le poste
Provide critical support to leadership by coordinating veteran programs, scheduling, and communications.
Serve as a welcoming point of contact for veterans during programs and events, ensuring timely information and assistance.
Coordinate calendars, travel logistics, materials, and on-site or virtual program delivery.
Maintain accurate program and veteran records in CRM systems, track attendance, and assist with grant data and dashboards.
Recruit, onboard, schedule, and support volunteers, maintaining engagement records and recognition efforts.
Plan and execute events, support fundraising activities, and produce after-action reports while upholding trauma-informed practices and confidentiality.
