Develop and deploy robust causal inference models to quantify the holistic business impact of new product launches (e.g., PSM, Double ML).
Establish standards for measurement for new product and feature launches.
Provide technical mentorship for other members of the data science organization.
Act as a thought partner for senior leadership to help guide the product development process.
Translate complex analytical concepts into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment to drive value and enable data-driven decision-making.
