Le poste
Lead data-driven engagements for pharma and biotech clients, translating key business questions into actionable analytics plans.
Collaborate with strategy, data science, and technology teams to design and deliver data-driven solutions across commercial analytics and strategy.
Leverage multiple datasets (claims, EMR, formulary, and real-world data) and third-party vendors to uncover insights that inform decisions.
Serve as a liaison between clients and data scientists, shaping requirements, scope, and tailored analytic approaches.
Design and execute projects such as market sizing, segmentation, patient journey mapping, provider profiling, epidemiology, and forecasting; build KPI and incentive models.
Lead and mentor project workstreams, contribute to proposals and new offerings, and help evolve data and analytics capabilities.
