Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth VIP clients in the sportsbook and online gaming space.
Build and maintain strong relationships to maximize loyalty and overall client satisfaction.
Deliver exceptional VIP service, including personalized experiences, proactive issue resolution, and tailored marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on account strategy, promotions, and analytics to meet targets.
Utilize Excel and data analysis to track performance, client activity, and revenue opportunities.
Be willing to work non-traditional hours and travel up to 25% as needed, in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
