Le poste
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of analytical, ML, and Generative AI initiatives, from business problem framing to deployment and monitoring.
Perform advanced data wrangling, feature engineering, and dataset creation on large-scale, diverse sources (Hadoop, PySpark, SQL, Hive).
Build and deploy traditional ML models and Generative AI solutions, including LLM pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI agents for automation and decision support.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable solutions that integrate ML and GenAI components into production environments.
Mentor junior data scientists, promote analytical rigor, coding best practices, and emerging AI techniques; translate complex analytics for diverse stakeholders.
Drive adoption of Generative AI across the organization, manage scoping, roadmapping, and delivery with client-facing work in Latin America.
