Le poste
Locums First is seeking Practice Nurses to support a welcoming GP practice in Heywood. The role involves working within a stable nursing team, delivering long-term condition care, and performing treatment room procedures with confidence. Nurses will conduct chronic disease reviews, wound care, immunisations, and cervical cytology where qualified, while maintaining accurate clinical records. Candidates should hold NMC registration, have recent UK primary care experience, and be proficient with GP clinical systems. Flexibility is offered up to two days weekly, with options for regular or ad hoc shifts in daytime hours. This position emphasises support, safety, and professional standards within a structured team environment.
