Enter and maintain client and deal experience data in the firm's experience management system.
Assist in creating and updating proposals, pitches, and marketing collateral for the group.
Coordinate directory submissions, client references, and external recognitions.
Collaborate with cross-office teams to enhance practice profiles and support events.
Conduct industry and client research to deepen knowledge of clients, industries, and legal needs.
