Le poste
Join the HR Advisory team as a HR & ER Advisor on a 9-month fixed-term contract in Birmingham with travel to London.
Lead and manage a broad range of employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and performance issues.
Provide proactive, practical HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring advice is compliant with employment law and the firm’s values.
Partner with managers, partners, and the wider HR function to implement policies, wellbeing initiatives, and effective conflict resolution.
Liaise with ACAS and external solicitors when required to handle complex cases and deliver timely, fair outcomes.
Demonstrate strong organisation and IT capabilities (Excel, PowerPoint) with a commercial, proactive approach to support decision-making and delivery.
