Develop and execute influencer strategy for clients, aligning programs with business goals and brand objectives.
Source, recruit, and onboard influencers; cultivate partnerships and negotiate contracts.
Educate creators on brand standards and campaign expectations while building strong creator relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to define strategic influencer channel roadmaps and campaign plans.
Measure performance using KPIs and influencer-specific metrics, delivering data-driven insights and a test-and-learn roadmap.
Lead and coach the influencer team, shaping strategy and contributing to new business opportunities.
