The HR Administrator supports the HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Lead with daily HR operations, ensuring smooth processes and accurate records. They prepare employment documents, assist with onboarding, and maintain HR systems compliant with GDPR. The role involves handling employee queries, producing HR reports, and supporting ongoing projects and policy updates. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage confidential information.
