Le poste
Lead the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of all logistics activities within a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment.
Manage and coach a team of approximately 8 logistics operatives, driving performance and development.
Plan, execute, and oversee compliant domestic and international shipments in accordance with procedures and export regulations.
Lead investigations into incidents and near misses, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain accurate and timely ERP/MRP transactions to ensure effective planning and compliance.
Require ILM Level 3 in Leadership & Management and IOSH Managing Safely, with proven leadership in manufacturing logistics and awareness of UK/US export controls (ITAR/EAR).
