A Logistics Coordinator manages air import and export shipments from booking to delivery, coordinating with customers, airlines, and transport providers. They prepare shipping documents including MAWBs, HAWBs, and customs paperwork, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures. The role involves monitoring shipment progress, handling operational issues, and providing updates to clients to maintain high service standards.
