Le poste
The role involves managing several properties by ensuring cleanliness, proper maintenance, and guest readiness. Responsibilities include cleaning, linen changes, minor repairs, and ensuring outside areas are presentable. Candidates should have strong attention to detail for daily maintenance tasks and alertness to safety hazards. The position requires interaction with guests, including meet and greet, and providing a personalised experience, particularly for special occasions. Working five days a week within core hours, the role is part-time with an expected workload of 16 to 24 hours weekly. It demands excellent customer service skills, organisational ability, and a proactive attitude to guest satisfaction and property upkeep.
