Le poste
A part-time Cook and Kitchen Supervisor is needed to prepare and cook diverse dishes in a café environment, oversee kitchen staff and volunteers, and maintain high standards of health and safety. The role involves menu planning, managing stock and budgets, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of kitchen areas. Candidates should possess a Level 2 Food and Hygiene Certificate, with experience in menu planning and cooking techniques. The position requires strong teamwork and independent working skills. Working hours are 24 per week, on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The role offers the chance to contribute to a charity dedicated to improving animal welfare and community engagement.
