Le poste
Develop accurate, timely budgetary and firm cost estimates for medical, healthcare, laboratory, and regulated facility projects.
Review construction documents and perform quantity take-offs using estimating software to capture labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing, attend pre-bid meetings, and identify risks, scope gaps, and omissions.
Prepare and maintain organized estimates, bid packages, and documentation; support value engineering and preconstruction planning.
Apply knowledge of healthcare building systems, codes, infection control, and regulatory compliance to ensure compliant budgets.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver competitive bids and robust cost plans within scheduling constraints.
