Le poste
This role focuses on processing and analyzing conversations across digital channels to identify key insights and brand opportunities. You will monitor daily brand-related conversations to detect opportunities or potential crises. You will generate daily and monthly reports on content performance, viewed through the lens of content strategy and social listening. You will collaborate with content and creative teams to optimize platform content, messages, formats, and duration based on insights. You will apply digital metrics and platform analyses to inform strategic decisions and communicate findings clearly. You will demonstrate strong writing, research, and presentation skills and support cross-functional teams with data-driven storytelling.
