Provide warm-up, class content, stretching, and cool-down to optimize safety and effectiveness.
Demonstrate proper technique and motivate participants to perform exercises correctly.
Prepare equipment setup and select appropriate music to enhance class experience.
Foster a welcoming environment, support member goals, and encourage consistent participation.
Collaborate with facility management to promote programs and grow class offerings while maintaining safety and quality standards.
