Le poste
Role Overview: The Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) – MM/CAR-T (West) leads regional engagement strategy with national and regional thought leaders in a field-based marketing capacity.
Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Analytics to align on brand strategy and compliant execution.
Plans and executes TLL engagements and executive encounters at conferences, in-field events, and other venues.
Develops and maintains long-term relationships with key thought leaders and upcoming influencers in MM/CAR-T.
Provides strategic feedback to commercial leadership and supports contract-related activities when requested.
Maintains high travel readiness (75-85%), adheres to labeling, regulatory, and legal guidelines, and demonstrates strong planning and communication.
