Le poste
Serve as the back-office anchor for a high-profile federal infrastructure grant, ensuring every dollar spent and every asset procured complies with federal requirements.
Lead Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) adherence, managing 55% domestic content, and navigate EPA waivers (5% De Minimis and 15% Supplemental) as applicable.
Direct federal reporting activities, including Semi-Annual Progress Reports (SAPR) and ZE technology reporting using EPA Form 5900-721.
Perform and document Scrappage Verification to prove permanent destruction of legacy diesel engines with photographic and narrative evidence per CAQP/ZETD awards.
Maintain an audit-ready digital paper trail in ArcGIS Hub or similar PMIS, centralizing documentation for instant access.
Collaborate with public agencies and project stakeholders to ensure compliance across procurement, contracts, and grant administration while upholding rigorous attention to detail.
