They seek a Lead Game Developer skilled in Unreal Engine and with Unity knowledge to spearhead innovative game projects. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end game development, optimising workflows, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and guiding a team of developers. The ideal candidate will have strong Unity and C# skills, experience in 3D character creation, and a passion for digital humans and the metaverse. They should demonstrate leadership, problem solving, and creative thinking abilities, managing projects with minimal supervision. The role offers a flexible work environment with occasional office visits, industry engagement opportunities, and competitive remuneration.
