Staff, Data Scientist_Conversational AI

As a Staff Data Scientist in Conversational AI, you will develop and customize state-of-the-art deep learning generative and multimodal models to enhance conversational shopping experiences; apply cutting-edge NLP, statistical, and optimization techniques to deliver solutions for projects in the domain of conversational AI; build, validate, test, and deploy language models using various machine learning methods to explain or predict behavior and solve business and engineering problems; mine massive datasets to derive insights and propose modeling projects with high business impact; collaborate with engineering teams to define interfaces and resolve dependencies; standardize and build scalable, highly available systems following operational best practices; develop visuals and reports to communicate model results and insights to business teams; and contribute to ongoing research through patents, publications, and external collaboration.
