Le poste
This role leads end-to-end development of AI-powered features for Application Performance Monitoring, focusing on LLM- and agent-based workflows.
You will design workflows that analyze traces, metrics, logs to diagnose root causes and provide guided fixes.
Proactively recommend performance and reliability optimizations to prevent incidents and improve SLOs.
Build robust agent systems, including retrieval, planning strategies, prompts/evals, guardrails, and human‑in‑the‑loop paths.
Integrate AI capabilities with the platform UI surfaces to deliver end-to-end value in the APM UI.
Own the productionization process, from rapid prototyping to scalable, reliable, low-latency services, collaborating with product management, design, and stakeholders.
