Le poste
Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver a high-quality operational HR service that enhances manager capability and upholds HR best practices.
Drive core strategic HR initiatives across talent and succession planning, performance management, rewards, wellbeing, engagement, policy development, resourcing, and organisational effectiveness.
Lead change management activities and advise on business improvement initiatives to optimise performance and strengthen employee engagement.
Analyse HR metrics and management information to provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with ER and case management to align policy application and escalate complex or high-risk matters when needed.
Design and deliver targeted HR training, promote effective HR systems use, and support headcount planning and recruitment in line with workforce plans.
