Lead the development and deployment of state-of-the-art NLP and multimodal models to power a core AI conversational platform. Build, validate, and optimize language models using prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and scalable deployment to solve business and engineering problems. Design and evaluate agentic systems and flow architectures, ensuring robust interfaces and resolved dependencies with engineering teams. Mine large-scale data to derive insights and propose modeling projects with potential for high business impact across voice, text, and multimodal channels. Create visuals and reports to communicate model results to non-technical stakeholders and support data-driven decisions. Contribute to ongoing research activities, proofs-of-concept, and external collaborations, while continuously improving and automating models and products.
