Le poste
Oversee compliance for deposits and operations within a regional bank, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs, including policies, procedures, training, and ongoing monitoring activities.
Lead regulatory examinations, audits, and risk assessments, driving timely corrective actions and remediation.
Partner with operations, risk, and leadership to implement effective controls, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
Requires 10+ years of banking compliance experience, a related degree or equivalent work history, and proven ability to manage complex regulatory environments.
Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $175,000 plus a flexible work arrangement and profit-sharing contributions.
