A Business Development Manager in the travel industry will support independent travel agents by monitoring sales performance, providing guidance, and identifying growth opportunities. The successful candidate will possess previous travel industry experience, strong relationship-building skills, and excellent communication abilities. They should be capable of working independently, managing diverse priorities, and supporting sales growth with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset. Technical skills in Excel, Word, and Canva are required, along with a full UK driving licence for travel-related activities.
