Senior/Staff Data Analyst (Eats Analytics)

As a Senior/Staff Data Analyst on the Eats Analytics team, you will drive data-driven decision-making across operations, merchant management, and growth initiatives for a fast-growing, multi-sided delivery platform. You will design, execute, and analyze hundreds of A/B tests monthly, and build and optimize data pipelines and analytics tools to monitor traffic, retention, and operational performance.

You will own key business metrics, forecast demand, plan capacity for delivery partners, and deliver insights that influence customer retention and overall efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate data into actionable recommendations, including deep-dives into operational and merchant data to inform growth strategies. Finally, you will communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical audiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
