Lead and coordinate Convention Services for complex, high-touch conventions and events to ensure seamless execution.
Plan programs, agendas, and services; communicate group specifications to all operational departments and ensure adherence to guidelines.
Forecast group revenues and maximize use of function space, exhibit halls, and subcontractors to drive profitability.
Train, coach, and mentor Convention Services staff; manage hourly employees and resolve conflicts.
Facilitate Planning Meetings, Site Inspections, and Pre-Convention Meetings; craft external communications and contract addendums.
Enhance client satisfaction by delivering smooth event execution and analyzing post-event feedback.
