Le poste
As a Pro Sales Specialist, guide Pro customers through product selection, quoting, and ordering to meet their business needs. Coordinate with Pro Supply to fulfill orders via the Fulfillment and Delivery network and communicate service benefits. Leverage CRM to build lasting customer relationships, streamline processes, and increase visibility of Pro offerings. Promote MVP Pro Rewards, Pro Credit solutions, and the Pro Wallet to enhance value for Pro customers. Cross-train in other store areas to deliver the best service and learn what Pros buy across the store. This role requires standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
