Le poste
Lead project teams from planning through construction and occupancy within a real estate development and facilities portfolio.
Develop and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resource plans, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Facilitate design coordination, bid reviews, and contract administration to ensure scope alignment and quality outcomes.
Conduct site inspections, monitor safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and address issues that arise during construction.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining cost control.
Maintain strong client relations, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure adherence to service standards and department deadlines.
