Le poste
Lead hands-on development and data engineering to build reliable, scalable AI/ML solutions.
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to capture requirements and translate them into implementable designs.
Select and apply appropriate ML models (linear/nonlinear regression, Random Forest, neural networks, transformers) and explore Generative AI techniques.
Drive cloud-native experimentation, training, testing, and productionization of models, including MLOps practices and feature stores.
Lead code reviews, mentor teammates, and contribute to technical planning and project estimation.
Requires 2+ years of ML experience with Python and libraries (SciKit-Learn, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras), plus exposure to LLMs and transfer learning.
