Le poste
Responsible for meeting or exceeding personal sales objectives by actively engaging clients, presenting vehicles, and guiding them through the purchase process.
Develop, implement, and monitor sales goals with management, reviewing actions to plan future strategies.
Greet customers, qualify needs, demonstrate features, discuss depreciation and equity, and offer compliant test drives.
Coordinate vehicle delivery, prep the car, review operating features and warranties, and finalize paperwork with the client.
Collaborate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team for financing, and follow up on post-delivery items while maintaining CRM-driven relationships.
Maintain compliance with all policies, build strong internal and external relationships, and strive for outstanding customer satisfaction.
