An IT Support Technician supports IT operations at a major site in Hull, handling user requests, troubleshooting, deploying user devices and accounts, and maintaining systems including Windows servers, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. The role involves providing remote and on-site support, developing documentation, assisting with network diagnostics, and contributing to IT projects across various locations. Candidates should possess at least four years' experience in IT support, with skills in troubleshooting, customer service, and technical systems such as Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Knowledge of VMware and Cisco technologies would be an advantage, and a full UK driving licence is required.
