Customer Service Agent - Ready Line & Return (Full-time)

As a Customer Service Agent in the Ready Line or Return role, you’ll be the face of the brand and deliver memorable customer experiences.
Return Agent duties include greeting customers, inspecting returning vehicles, recording mileage, verifying fuel levels, securing keys, and removing personal belongings.
You’ll complete and submit any necessary paperwork to notify management of mechanical issues and review the final rental contract, clearly explaining charges.
As a Ready Line Agent, you’ll maintain a clean, organized area, prep vehicles to perfection, and pull any that don’t meet quality standards for servicing.
You’ll facilitate exchanges or upgrades, ensure a properly completed checkout slip accompanies each vehicle, and assist customers with locating cars and luggage.
Requirements include a valid driver’s license, strong people skills, the ability to troubleshoot with a smile, patience, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
