Lead operational performance across all logistics activities, driving efficiency, resource optimization, and on-time service delivery.
Manage P&L and budgets to deliver commercial results, identifying cost savings and profitability opportunities.
Oversee contractual compliance, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure service levels are consistently met.
Conduct regular contract reviews, provide proactive recommendations to mitigate risk, and maximise commercial opportunities.
Lead, coach, and develop the operations team, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are achieved while fostering growth.
Optimise warehouse processes, maximise the use of WMS and system integration, and produce actionable insights with Excel and Power BI.
