Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and other channels to inform, educate, and engage target audiences.
Create and guide content plans and assets (text, image, video) and manage a social calendar with input from cross-functional partners.
Lead community engagement, monitor conversations, respond to followers, and identify compelling stories to amplify the brand.
Define objectives, track ROI, and report on performance using analytics and testing to continuously optimize impact.
Collaborate with teams to leverage employee advocates, scale storytelling for global markets, and ensure consistency of brand voice.
Oversee a Social Media Coordinator, mentor talent, and advise on platform strategies for international markets while maintaining deadlines.
