Le poste
Seeking a Construction Estimator to lead comprehensive project estimating from the Woodland Hills office.
Requires self-perform structural concrete experience and general contracting background on multi-family podium projects.
Experience with design/build long-span parking structures, detailed quantity take-offs, and complete project and general conditions estimates.
Duties include monitoring cost trends, participating in value engineering, developing and maintaining unit cost figures and estimating databases.
Interface with subcontractors, suppliers, upper management, operations personnel, clients, and potential clients; follow up on proposals and preconstruction activities.
Strong communication, strategic thinking, and growth-oriented mindset are essential to win projects and support staff development.
