The role requires creating compelling copy for marketing campaigns, social media, and publications, along with supporting communications related to customer acquisition, onboarding, retention, and renewal strategies. Responsibilities include auditing existing content for consistency, clarity, and accessibility, collaborating with teams to translate complex information, and applying SEO and usability best practices to website content. The candidate will also support CRM and digital transformation efforts, working with Dynamics 365 customer insights and segments. Skills needed include proven copywriting experience, excellent editing, stakeholder management, and familiarity with content management systems and analytics tools.
