A recognised organisation in Harrogate seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead their HR team and support strategic and operational initiatives. The role involves managing employee relations, developing HR policies, and guiding senior managers on workforce planning and organisational change. The successful candidate will have previous HR management experience, CIPD Level 5 qualification, and strong stakeholder management skills.
