Le poste
The HR Automation Specialist supports the development and optimisation of HR systems and workflows by configuring, testing, and implementing automation solutions within HRIS and ATS platforms. They manage daily system administration tasks, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data integrity to ensure smooth HR operations. Collaborating with HR teams, they translate process requirements into technical solutions, supporting onboarding, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management. They employ tools like Power Automate to streamline workflows, reduce manual activities, and improve overall user experience. Creating comprehensive documentation and supporting system releases, they drive continuous improvements while ensuring compliance with governance standards. They foster user adoption by providing guidance, practical support, and effectively embedding new digital processes.
