Lead relationship management for a portfolio of strategic restaurant accounts, serving as a trusted advisor post-sale. Deliver customized product and service demonstrations, both in-person and online, to drive adoption and utilization. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and gather client feedback to influence product enhancements. Own client retention goals and work to overcome strategic objections while delivering data-driven reports. Provide market insights and training to help restaurants optimize operations and revenue potential. Travel up to 30-50% to meet partners and support enterprise teams.
