The Human Resources Manager oversees all HR functions at Saint Felix School, including recruitment, employee relations, and staff training. The role acts as a key contact for HR operational support, working closely with school leadership and the ILG HR team to ensure compliance with employment law and safeguarding regulations. The successful candidate will have experience in HR or related administrative roles and the ability to manage performance cycles and employee relations effectively. This position requires strong organisational, communication, and compliance skills within a school environment. The role may involve some remote working, with the primary location being Reydon, and offers opportunities to support multiple ILG schools.
