Le poste
Lead field operations as a Construction Site Supervisor, ensuring strong on-site presence from start to finish.
Coordinate multiple trades, subcontractors, and daily activities to meet project timelines.
Read and interpret blueprints, manage change orders, and maintain cost control across projects.
Develop and enforce robust safety programs, conduct training, and uphold OSHA 30 and SST 62 standards.
Travel to job sites across NY/NJ/CT, including nights and weekends, with reliable transportation required.
Communicate effectively with clients and design teams, document RFIs, photos, and progress to support project success.
